Fit Brains Be Thankful for a Healthy Brain

Thanksgiving is upon us! Did you know more people celebrate Thanksgiving in the United States than Christmas? It’s not hard to see why. It’s a holiday that’s filled with delicious food, family and friends, football and good cheer. Turkey, pumpkin pie and stuffing with loved ones? Mmm, yes please! That’s plenty to be thankful for!

We Want To Thank You!

More importantly, Thanksgiving is a day for gratitude. We here at Fitbrains are grateful that you’ve made us the #1 education app across 90 countries! We hope that you continue enjoying our app. And thank you for using our leading brain training program.

Gratitude Leads to Happiness

Did you know showing gratitude can lead to a happy, healthy brain? Being thankful creates dopamine and serotonin, which makes you feel good. It’s also a sign of emotional intelligence (EQ). The higher your EQ, the easier it is to feel grateful. Showing gratitude also creative a positive feedback loop within your social circle which leads to better relationships.

So what are you thankful for this Thanksgiving? Take a few moments to reflect upon your blessings including a healthy brain!

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Fit Brains!
